Thursday is the best day of the week at the Star
Hotel in Marmaris as it is located at the heart of the Thursday
Bazaar. No need to carry your shopping around
with you, you can keep dropping it off in your
room and go back for more!
The Star Hotel in Turkey is an excellent
small hotel, attractively decorated and furnished.
Reception has safety deposit boxes (payable
locally) and combines as a comfortable lounge
with satellite TV. There is an outdoor bar, a
restaurant and little sunbathing areas. The
compact swimming pool is great for a dip to
cool off however the great position of the hotel
just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach means
that beach lovers are ideally situated. For night
owls the famous Bar Street is an approximate 10
minutes walk and the post office, Tansas
supermarket and shops galore are just around
the corner.
Twin, double and triple rooms are
available with air-conditioning (payable locally).
All rooms at the Star Hotel have a balcony and en-suite shower & WC and
are well presented.
