An 18-hole championship golf course is due to open at the end of October 2010.

Wining and dining is a delight at the Hilton Dalaman Golf with a choice of speciality restaurants and bars. The main restaurant, Sarigerme, has indoor and outdoor seating and serves buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and late supper. Speciality restaurants include, Tao, serving Oriental cuisine, A la Turca, serving Turkish cuisine and, Alize, offering a Mediterranean menu, each with a reservation fee. The two a la carte restaurants are Finesse, offering a fine dining menu and Vela, the riverside fish restaurant that are not included in the all inclusive package. The poolside Breeze snack bar offers buffet lunch and snacks and Citrus Pool Patisserie and bar offers a selection of pastries, tea, coffee and cool drinks from morning until early evening. Vento beach bar serves drinks from morning until late afternoon. The Riverside Vela Bar and the Rouge Roof bar are both open until the early hours and in the main building the classic Pianoforte Bar operates 24hrs. The hotel has it’s own Bar Street with two bars; Anisse and F lounge which are included in the all inclusive package and 3 speciality bars; Caraf, offering a wide choice of wines, Oak Room Whisky Bar offering choice of premium whisky and Glitter Oyster & Champagne Bar which are not included in the package. During the day the animation team organise various activities and occasional shows and live music in the evenings and there is a fabulous open-air disco, which is located well away from the guest rooms ensuring those who prefer a more peaceful evening are not disturbed.
