Icmeler’s beautiful bay has a stretch of beach
with plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas,
watersports and cafes just minutes from the
property.
With a backdrop of the mountains
opposite the Demircioglu Apart is surrounded by beautiful scenery
whilst also offering a prime spot to be based
to access the local shops, post office, bars
and restaurants, in addition to offering its own
very popular restaurant and bar. The
Demircioglu Apts have a good-sized pool with
furnished sun terrace and pool bar leading
into the main restaurant/bar serving Turkish and International cuisine which also has a
large screen TV with Sky channels.
The one
bedroom apartments were refurbished in 2011 and have a separate living
area with kitchenette, complete with electric
kettle and toaster, satellite TV, 2 chair beds
and balcony. The en-suite shower & WC has
shower cabin and hairdryer. All apartments
also have air-conditioning and in the bedroom, payable locally.
Safety deposit boxes and fans can be hired from reception for a local charge.
