The Sierra Resort Sharm El Sheikh is situated in the White Knights Bay area opposite its sister hotel, the Savoy. The Sierra Resort is on the desert side of the road, set back from the beach with a backdrop of the South Sinai Mountains in the holiday resort of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
The lovely, winding swimming pool with waterfall feature is heated during the winter and there’s an open-water pool bar and snack bar providing refreshments during the day. There is also a heated children’s pool. There are plenty of facilities and activities available at the Sierra hotel Sharm El Sheikh including pool tables, billiards, tennis, gym, sauna, steam bath, spa and massage for a small local charge, free amenities at the hotel include table tennis, darts, aerobics, aqua aerobics and water polo. The Sierra Resort Sharm El Sheikh’s animation team organises various activities and entertainment. Children have their own kids club for 4 to 12 year olds. The buffet restaurant offers international cuisine and has both pizza and pasta as well as hot wok station and also offers guests a daily Carvery amongst a variety of other menu choices. Guests also have the option to wine and dine at the adjoining Savoy Hotels & Resorts property, as part of the dine around option, where a discount of 25% will be given for meals taken at the Seafood Island, Rosmarino, Morgana, Tirana or EEST restaurants.
Other facilities at the Sierra Resort include 2 bars, money exchange, laundry service and Internet access. The rooms at the Sierra Hotel are nicely furnished and all have air-conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, hairdryer, mini-fridge, safety deposit box, en-suite shower & WC and balcony or terrace.
