Failaka Hotel, Benaulim, Goa

Failaka Hotel is a traditional family-run property in the village of Benaulim. The village itself has a restaurant, several shops and the local buses pass through it, so, for the more adventurous, it's easy to explore the delights of South Goa, with Margao being 6km away and Colva just 2km. Benaulim Beach is under 2km away, easily accessible by taxi for a cost of approximately £1.50 or, for the more energetic, a good 20 minutes' walk.

The Failaka Resort is run by Edwin and his family and although it has not changed in years, it is obvious that the family take great pride in their property as it is well-maintained and spotless. The Failaka has a small bar and a multi-cuisine restaurant.

All rooms have a double bed, en-suite shower & WC and balcony, 5 rooms have the additional benefit of air-conditioning (subject to availability and payable locally).

The Failaka Hotel in Benaulim offers simple, clean accommodation and is a great base from which to explore South Goa.
